I am excited to introduce a new retail location for my cookbook 'For the Love of Food'... the 'Salish Sea Market'. Their primary purpose is to illuminate the artistic talent from the Canadian west coast region known as the Salish Sea. A newly coined name for the Georgia Strait and its connection to this regions heritage.
Located in Downtown Bowser on Vancouver Island, BC visit this areas newest treasure; just 20 minutes north of Qualicum Beach, 30 minutes south of Courtenay.
They also carry my line of savory mixes; Rainbow Lentil Soup Mix, Curried Rice Mix and Jewelled Indian Couscous Mix.
